An evening with Philip Yancey

The evening was so good I got very little sketching done.  However, here's what I did get.
This was the set for a sketch about Corrie Ten Boom's interview with a Nazi Officer

This was an attempt to capture Philip Yancey.  He was built for caricature and I'm no caricaturist

This was a lady watching from the balcony

This was the man hosting the evening, who's name escapes me.
Yancey is an engaging speaker who echo's the doubts, questions and failings most of us have.  He doesn't pretend to have all the answers but has a knack for identifying people who can be held up as examples of how Christian we could be, without ignoring their failings too.
